* Own the P&L for Quick Commerce, E-commerce, and D2C by developing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
* Oversee performance marketing, organic growth, and operational efficiency.
* Scale presence on platforms like Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, Big Basket, Flipkart, and others.
* Manage a team of Key Account Managers, collaborating across functions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Ecommerce Head should have:
- MBA from a reputed college
- 8-12 years of experience in E-commerce (including Quick Commerce), currently heading E-commerce in their organization for at least 2 years.
