About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to support our online sales operations. The intern will work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to manage product listings, order processing, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on marketplaces and the company website
• Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory details
• Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch
• Monitor product performance and prepare basic reports
• Assist in running promotional campaigns and offers
• Handle customer queries and reviews on e-commerce platforms
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis
• Support the team in improving online visibility and sales

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interest in digital marketing and online sales
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility

• Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream
• Freshers are welcome
• Prior internship experience in e-commerce is a plus
