**E-COMMERCE KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER**
**LOCATION: Amsterdam (Preferred) or Darmstadt, Germany**
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our eCommerce Key Account Manager,you are responsible for market share growth in DACH and Benelux.You will lead Coty’s pure player customer strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities to drive profitable growth while maintaining local relevance.
Your main focus:
+ Define and implement pure player customer strategies for assigned countries/accounts.
+ Align customer growth plans with Coty’s priorities for scale and selectivity.
+ Manage trade terms, pricing corridors, and promotion frameworks.
+ Lead negotiations and investment planning with pricing governance and competitive insights.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with RGM, Finance, Supply, Digital Shelf, and local markets.
