The Brand I
This Australian premium jewellery brand was founded in 2016 and has grown into a highly successful omni-channel business across retail, wholesale and ecommerce. Known for its modern aesthetic and loyal customer base, the brand is stocked with leading national retailers and continues to invest heavily in digital as a core growth channel. With strong momentum and an established market presence, the business is entering its next phase of ecommerce and digital expansion.
The Role I
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Ecommerce Manager owns the end-to-end performance of the online channel, with accountability for digital revenue growth, website optimisation and customer experience. This is a senior, hands-on role combining strategy and execution, leading a small team while working closely with Marketing, Creative, Development and agency partners.
This role suits a commercially minded ecommerce leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to scale a premium, design-led brand online.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning ecommerce trading performance across revenue, conversion, AOV, UPT and traffic.
Setting and executing ecommerce and digital growth strategies aligned to commercial objectives.
Managing the website trading calendar, promotions, content and onsite optimisation.
Leading paid media strategy across key performance channels and online marketplaces.
Driving CRM, loyalty, EDM flows and customer lifecycle initiatives.
Overseeing online marketplace performance to deliver budgeted contribution.
Managing ecommerce reporting, forecasting and online channel P&L.
Leading and developing the ecommerce, customer service and dispatch teams.
Partnering with development resources on website roadmap, CRO and platform optimisation.
The Skillset I
3+ years’ experience in ecommerce management, ideally within fashion, jewellery or premium lifestyle brands.
Demonstrated success driving online revenue growth and channel profitability.
Strong experience managing paid media with commercial accountability.
High proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4 and Google Suite.
Strong analytical capability with confidence in reporting, forecasting and optimisation.
Experience within omni-channel retail environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Confident operating in a scaling business and building effective processes.
