About the Role
We are seeking an eCommerce Manager to manage and optimize day-to-day B2C eCommerce operations. The role will focus on order processing, logistics coordination, inventory control, and platform management, with hands-on responsibility for Shiprocket and end-to-end fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Platform Management
Manage daily B2C order processing across eCommerce channels
Ensure accurate order flow, invoicing, and dispatch coordination
Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution
Shiprocket & Logistics Operations
Manage Shiprocket dashboard for order processing and fulfillment
Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, deliveries, and escalations
Monitor shipping costs, delivery performance, and RTOs
Handle returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics processes
