About the Role

We are seeking an eCommerce Manager to manage and optimize day-to-day B2C eCommerce operations. The role will focus on order processing, logistics coordination, inventory control, and platform management, with hands-on responsibility for Shiprocket and end-to-end fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Order & Platform Management
• Manage daily B2C order processing across eCommerce channels
• Ensure accurate order flow, invoicing, and dispatch coordination
• Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and issue resolution
