Job Title: E-Commerce Manager – International Marketplaces (Cosmetics)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow online sales across international marketplaces for our cosmetics and beauty product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketplace strategy, sales growth, brand presence, performance marketing, and operational execution across global platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopee, Lazada, Tmall, and others.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

  • Manage end-to-end operations of international online marketplaces.
  • Launch, optimize, and scale product listings across global platforms.
  • Ensure accurate product content, images, pricing, keywords, and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
  • Monitor marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activities.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive sales growth, conversion rates, and market share across international markets.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal sales events.
  • Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, and ROI.

Digital Marketing & Optimization

  • Manage marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, sponsored listings, PPC campaigns).
  • Optimize product listings for SEO and discoverability.
  • Improve customer experience through enhanced content, A+ pages, and storefronts.

International Expansion & Localization

  • Identify new international marketplaces and growth opportunities.
  • Adapt product listings, content, and promotions for local markets (language, regulations, consumer behavior).
  • Coordinate with logistics, customs, and compliance teams for cross-border operations.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, fulfillment partners, and logistics teams.
  • Monitor fulfillment performance, returns, and customer feedback.

Brand & Reputation Management

  • Maintain consistent brand positioning across all marketplaces.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews, ratings, and inquiries.
  • Implement strategies to improve reviews and customer satisfaction.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion rate, ACOS, ROAS, and profitability.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
  • Use data to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG .
  • Strong knowledge of international marketplaces (Amazon Global, eBay, Walmart, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Experience with marketplace advertising and performance marketing tools.
  • Understanding of cross-border e-commerce, international logistics, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and analytics dashboards.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Experience with cosmetic regulations (FDA, EU cosmetics compliance, labeling requirements).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools (Seller Central, ChannelAdvisor, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented, data-driven, and detail-focused mindset.
