Ecommerce Manager

Location: Lucknow

Timings: Full-time (Onsite)

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Creste DIY is hiring an E-commerce Manager to help us grow our online store in a focused, organised way. This role is for someone who understands e-commerce deeply, enjoys working with numbers, and can turn data into clear actions that improve sales.

What you'll do:

* Manage our Shopify store end-to-end

* Keep product listings updated and optimised (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, etc.)

* Plan and execute digital marketing to drive sales (paid and organic)

* Track KPIs like traffic, conversion rate, sales, AOV, and ROAS

* Make weekly performance reports and share what is working and what needs fixing

* Improve the customer journey so the buying experience feels smooth and easy

Who should apply:

* 5+ years of experience in e-commerce

* Strong digital marketing skills

* Good working knowledge of Shopify

* Comfortable with numbers and performance tracking

* Case studies or work samples are required

* Responsible, calm, and consistent with follow-ups and execution
