Job Description
Role Summary We’re looking for an E-commerce Manager to own revenue, conversion and daily operations across our D2 C website and marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart/Quick Commerce as applicable) . This role is equal parts growth + execution : you’ll manage site merchandising, CRO, listings, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, customer experience, and reporting—working closely with performance marketing, creative, operations and finance. Key Responsibilities1) D2 C Website Growth & Merchandising Own the online store P& L drivers : conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate, CAC efficiency (with marketing), and net revenue. Improve conversion rate (CRO) : landing pages, PDP optimisation, checkout improvement, trust elements, offers, bundles. Manage catalogue and merchandising : product launches, best-seller positioning, bundles/kits, cross-sell/upsell.
