Role Description

This full-time role is for an E-Commerce Manager based on-site in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The E-Commerce Manager will oversee online sales channels, manage product listings, and analyze e-commerce performance metrics. They will collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies, optimize online user experiences, and develop approaches to improve sales growth. The role also involves fostering relationships with e-commerce platforms and ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Experience of Q-com is a must.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, performance analysis, and market trend identification
• Effective Communication abilities for building relationships with platforms, partners, and team collaboration
• Proficiency in Sales and E-Commerce strategies to drive online growth
• Experience in Marketing with a focus on e-commerce platforms and digital campaigns
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and exceptional organizational skills
• Experience in managing D2C businesses is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
