Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple online platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, RK World, Amazon, etc.) ensuring that product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock levels are accurate and up to date.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and increase the companys presence on eCommerce platforms. Monitor performance metrics, sales trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Product Listing Optimization: Regularly review and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to ensure they align with platform standards and customer search behavior.
- Inventory & Order Management: Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to manage product availability, stock levels, and timely order fulfillment across all online channels.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns, flash sales, discounts, and promotional offers to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Customer Engagement: Monitor customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries to ensure prompt responses and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Work with customer service to resolve any issues promptly.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics like conversion rates, traffic, customer acquisition cost, and ROI on campaigns. Generate detailed reports to provide insights into platform performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to align online strategies with business goals. Coordinate with external vendors and platform support teams as necessary.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep track of competitor activities, trends in the eCommerce industry, and new opportunities to enhance business growth on different online platforms.
