E-Commerce Merchandising Advisor

Role description: With 90% of the orders at TVH transacted via E-commerce, there is an increasing importance to build the right capabilities to boost the website performance. As a CMS e-commerce professional (merchandiser), you'll bring content strategies to life by executing them into content landing pages and content flows. Working with tools like the CMS (Drupal), you will ensure content assets are built with precision, meet brand standards, and are delivered on schedule. You’ll provide tactical input to build the right content pages taking into account UX best practices. 

Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Merchandising Advisor to take the ownership of the created ecommerce content library, monitoring the consistency and ensuring all rules are respected. You will maintain the content pages and optimize or update them when and where needed. In this role, you will work closely together with CoE Merchandising, regional marketers, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of campaign materials.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support landing pages & content flows rollouts by coordinating asset delivery and approvals with internal stakeholders.

  • You work closely with the E-commerce marketing specialist and the e-commerce merchandising expert to plan, launch, and optimize content strategies across the e-commerce platform.

  • Together with CoE Merchandising and the e-commerce marketing specialists act as the merchandising ambassadors. 

  • Ensure all content assets follow brand, layout, and technical guidelines, next to general roles and responsibilities. 

  • Identify and suggest improvements in content processes, templates, or delivery workflows.

  • Requirements:

  • Up to 5 years of experience in digital marketing execution or content operations.

  • Must have hands-on experience with a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, AEM, Shopify).

  • Understanding of campaign workflows, UTM tagging, and brand consistency practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (orchestration & coordination with global colleagues)

  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on finishing tasks on deadlines. 

  • Comfortable working with global teams and meeting cross-functional deadlines.

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CMS platforms such as for example salesforce, drupal, and marketing automation platforms such as for example selligent.

  • Familiarity with responsive layout basics and content asset workflows.

  • Interest in optimizing recurring tasks and improving campaign efficiency.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing, or the willingness to learn.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

  • Exposure to A/B testing or basic analytics is a plus.

  • Educational qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
