Role Summary

The Operations Fulfillment Manager will oversee end-to-end order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products. This role is responsible for managing warehouse operations, logistics partners, inventory accuracy, and process optimization to deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with courier and logistics partners.
• Track delivery performance, RTOs, delays, and cost metrics.
• Negotiate rates and improve service levels with logistics vendors.
• Ensure compliance with dispatch, packaging, and documentation standards.
