About the Role:
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain oversight of daily operations across all courier and logistics services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of e-commerce packages.
- Manage hub/warehouse operations, encompassing inbound/outbound package handling, sorting, and dispatch.
- Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with the Tech team to improve system operations requirements and enhance user experience on e-commerce systems.
- Supervise last-mile delivery execution and optimize delivery routes for cost-efficiency and speed while adhering to safety standards.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment by coordinating closely with Tech teams, clients, vendors, finance teams to guarantee service level agreements (SLAs) are met efficiently.
