Ecommerce Site Merchandiser

Position Purpose:

Site Merchandisers translate the in-store category and overall Ecommerce strategy into the online experience, incorporated through the visual display of the category pages, category-specific taxonomy, and navigation experience. They are responsible for creating a delightful and easy shopping experience on by connecting product performance, marketing strategies, customer experience analytics, and Ecommerce best practices. A strong candidate for this role will demonstrate the ability to devise and recommend digital strategies that maximize the online assortment and drive site traffic by leveraging product performance reporting, industry expertise, and trend awareness coupled with insights and recommendations from Supervisor/Director. The Site Merchandiser will be expected to review the results of site analytics & promotional activities, recommending changes of category online strategies to leadership on a regular basis.
