Role - Ecommerce Omni channel Experience

Shift - Night shift


Role Purpose:

Support omni-channel experience by developing and executing content strategies for B2B and B2C channels, ensuring consistency and engagement across all touchpoints.

Content Development & Execution Create and manage content for multiple channels including web, social media, email, and in-store.

Adapt content for both B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring relevance and brand alignment.

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver high-quality assets. Omni-Channel Strategy Support Assist in implementing omni-channel content strategies to enhance customer experience. Ensure seamless integration of content across digital and physical platforms.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization Track content performance metrics (engagement, conversion, reach). Recommend improvements based on analytics and customer feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with category managers, ecommerce teams, and marketing leads. Coordinate with technical teams for content publishing and updates.
