Overview

Catalog & Accounting Coordinator (Odoo & Amazon):

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage our product catalog, support Amazon operations, and handle basic accounting tasks in Odoo. This role combines catalog management, profitability tracking, and accounts payable/receivable responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize the product catalog in Odoo and ensure accurate Amazon item mapping
  • Monitor Amazon messages, balances, deductions, and chargebacks
  • Track item and vendor profitability and prepare performance reports
  • Enter vendor bills, process payments, and manage AP in Odoo
  • Monitor receivables, follow up on open balances, and assist with reconciliations
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
