Project Overview

This project supports the development of AI systems that can understand and process e-commerce interactions more accurately. The goal is to build a high-quality dataset that helps models reason through customer inquiries, product comparisons, and content validation.

Annotators will work on text-based tasks involving customer conversations, intent classification, product matching, and content quality checks across a wide range of categories such as electronics, apparel, and home goods.

What We're Looking For

This is fundamentally a writing and reasoning role. It's ideal for someone who enjoys crafting and refining language, applying structured logic, and thinking critically about meaning and intent. You need strong writing skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to follow detailed linguistic and procedural guidelines.
