Job Summary
The Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end sales and support across both marketplace dealer channels (Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy) and direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales from brand websites. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely issue resolution, and high customer and dealer satisfaction, while adhering to marketplace and internal policies.
