- Prepares and maintains test data, performs various tests on all EDI maps, and prepares all required documents related to failed translation processes. Monitors and documents all EDI requests and takes direction from corporate IS management in executing effective solutions. Documents all EDI solutions for system development life cycle and maintains all document specifications and develops various transaction specifications as per requirement. Participates in all system tests and analyzes all data and processes, and recommends improvements. In collaboration with corporate IS resources, analyzes, supports, and resolves all production EDI issues and maintains accuracy in both inbound / outbound documents.
