Job Description

  • The desired candidate should have 8+ years of experience in EDI support roles, with a strong focus on the retail domain
  • Hands-on experience with EDI translation tools, including Gentran, BizTalk /Sterling Integrator/ OpenText / any other EDI mapping tools
  • Should be proficient in EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and related protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP)
  • Should have experience working with SAP applications and modules related to EDI integration and support
  • Ability to configure and maintain communication protocols such as AS2, FTP, and SFTP for secure data transmission
  • Should implement and monitor EDI systems including data mapping, translation, and interface
  • Ability to identify potential problems and have a proactive approach to solving them from multiple perspectives
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results while managing multiple tasks and external clients
