Title: EDI Integration Specialist Level 3

Experienced professional specializing in SEEBURGER BIS 6.5/6.7 configuration, administration, and support, with expertise in EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12, VDA) and protocols (OFTP2, AS2, SFTP), integrating with QAD EE and SAP for enterprise manufacturing/automotive environments. 5+ years in large-scale EDI implementations, building proper functional specs from customer requirements, troubleshooting mappings and testing;
proficient in MicrosoftO365, IVANTI ITSM;
strong English (C1), problem-solving, and project management skills for independent/team collaboration.

• Technical skills:
• Extensive experience in SEEBURGER BIS 6.5 and 6.7, including configuration, administration, integration and support.
• Strong understanding of EDI standards, such as EDIFACT, VDA, X12, ODETTE and XML.
• Strong understanding of EDI protocols, such OFTP2, AS2, SFTP and mail.
• Familiarity with QAD EE, including understanding of core modules and experience with EDI eCommerce.
• Proficiency with EDI testing and validation processes and tools.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot EDI setup, connection and (BIC) mapping issues, in both SEEBURGER and QAD products.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• General knowledge about EDI integration with SAP.
• Experience:
• Proven experience (5+ years) working within large enterprise organizations. Manufacturing and/or Automotive is preferred.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience (3+ years) integrating and supporting EDI services.
• Practical experience (3+ years) working with SEEBURGER products (Suite, BIS, BIC, MT, BLM, BSP).
• Solid background (3+ years) configuring, implementing and supporting EDI solutions within QAD products or similar ERP systems.
• Previous AI integration into EDI and ERP processes is highly valuable.
