EDI Support Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled EDI Support Specialist to support and maintain the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations for a leading nutrition company. The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate and seamless data exchange. This is a critical support function within the IT and supply chain data integration team.

Key Responsibilities

Daily EDI Operations

• Monitor EDI systems daily to ensure optimal performance
• Identify and troubleshoot failed EDI transactions to minimize disruptions
• Resubmit failed tasks and validate accurate data exchanges

Issue Resolution & Collaboration

• Collaborate with the EDI team on complex troubleshooting
