**Position Summary**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsible for EDI purchase order entry in our ERP system while confirming all details are correct for each order.
Prepare various customer-specific templates for orders including but not limited to EDI coversheet, PO order breakdown, and PO shipping breakout.
Handle various other data entry and tasks specific to the customer(s) you are working with.
Creating and managing packing way information.
Reviewing and approving components from factories.
Miscellaneous requests including excel transfer requests, updating daily tracker information.
Communicate with team members and other departments in a professional and concise manner.
Overall proactive approach to work, taking ownership of tasks, moving forward as appropriate to meet deadlines and objectives.
Responsible for making sure that data on the Excel based WIP is up to date and all tasks are done within the proper timeline.
