We are looking for a creative, fast, and versatile Video Editor to join our team. You are a visual storyteller at heart — someone who understands pacing, brand consistency, and how to craft content that truly stops the scroll.

In this role, you will transform raw footage and concepts into polished, high-impact videos that help our clients stand out. This is a hands-on, high-speed position for someone who loves to create and thrives in dynamic environments.

• Edit engaging videos tailored for Instagram, YouTube, short-form platforms, and branded campaigns.
• Bring concepts to life through sharp editing, strong storytelling, and clean visual execution.
• Use motion graphics, text animations, and dynamic transitions to enhance content.
• Maintain brand consistency across different clients and creators.
• Leverage AI tools and plugins to speed up workflows and improve efficiency.
• Select, source, and integrate B-roll and supporting visuals that elevate the narrative.
• Collaborate closely with cinematographers and the creative team to maintain a smooth production-to-post pipeline.
• Deliver final edits that are polished, well-paced, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with evolving editing styles, trends, and techniques.

• Expert-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (motion graphics, text work, basic animation).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative flow.
• Ability to source and integrate the right B-roll to enhance the story.
• Experience working with brands and adapting to different brand identities.
• Keen eye for detail — color, audio, alignment, typography, timing.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and plugins to speed up editing.
• Strong motion graphics fundamentals.
• A strong visual portfolio is mandatory — especially brand projects.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Must be able to work full-time from Raipur.
