You’ll operate and set up EDM Sinker or Wire machines to support tooling and high-accuracy part production in a clean, modern machining environment with long-term growth potential.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Set up and operate EDM Sinker or EDM Wire equipment
+ Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and tooling specs
+ Select correct electrodes, wire, offsets, and machining parameters
+ Perform quality checks using precision measurement tools
+ Maintain tight tolerances on complex punch, die, and tooling features
+ Adjust and troubleshoot EDM processes for optimal results
+ Help improve machining workflows and tooling methods
+ Support 5S standards and routine machine maintenance
