EDM Setup OperatorShift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3pm-11:30pm
Pay Rate: $27–$32 per hour (based on experience)

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Conventional EDM machining, with a strong focus on tooling and production environments. This position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities to work with state-of-the-art EDM equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate Conventional EDM machines in a production and tooling environment Manufacture, dress, and re-dress electrodes using tool room equipment Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and technical documentation Plan tooling requirements, setup procedures, machining methods, and operation sequences Determine and adjust machine parameters to maximize machining efficiency and quality
