We’re growing our EDM Support team and looking for someone who enjoys working where service, product, and people meet — with customers who rely on us, teams who build and improve the platform, and the everyday reality of running a high-quality support function across regions and time zones.
Role focus
- Support delivery & service ownership — running a live service, not just tracking tickets
- Customer partnership — working closely with clients as trusted partners, not just points of contact
- Team leadership & cross-functional collaboration — helping a distributed team do their best work alongside Product and Engineering
