The primary purpose of this position is to schedule academic training classes for students assigned to the Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy (AFSNCOA). Reviews, prioritizes, and coordinates academic requests to prepare annual class schedules and student load to meet Air Force Program Requirements Document (PRD) standards. Responsibilities Plans, coordinates, and schedules academic student classes. Plans, coordinates, and schedules unprogrammed events. Represents the section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Uses varied and advanced functions of office automation software to create, format, modify, edit, and print a variety of reports, documents and support office operations.
