Job Description

We are looking for an Education Executive to elevate Le Labo’s craftsmanship philosophy through impactful education, in-store coaching, and meaningful partnerships. This is a field-focused role (70% in-store) , empowering our lab souls with strong product knowledge, service excellence, and sensorial storytelling.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver face-to-face training, coaching, and mentoring in stores to drive productivity and client engagement
  • Identify training needs and support onboarding, Quarterly Dispatch, and new product launches.
  • Monitor Mystery Shopper results and implement action plans to improve service standards
  • Conduct regular in-store coaching using Le Labo tools and KPIs
  • Support lifestyle marketing through 1:1 sessions and amenities partnerships
