We’re working with a warm and inclusive school in the heart of Newcastle, where every child is known, valued, and supported. They’re looking for a compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their brilliant team in January and help children thrive: academically, emotionally, and socially.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties, both one-to-one and in small groups.
  • Helping children manage transitions, emotions, and social interactions.
  • Working closely with class teachers, the SENCo, and external specialists to adapt activities and create tailored resources.
  • Using sensory tools, visual timetables, and positive reinforcement to help children feel calm and confident.
