Education Partnerships Project Support (1 year)

The Partnerships and Scaling Project Support is a project-based role (1 year). The position provides coordination, analytical, and documentation support to facilitate the expansion and sustainability of the Foundation's Education programs. The role supports partnership coordination, program planning, monitoring, reporting, and the development of replication-ready knowledge products such as manuals and toolkits. Working closely with the Partnerships & Scaling Lead and cross-functional teams, this position ensures programs are well-documented, aligned with partner and donor requirements, and ready for scaled implementation.

Program Planning, Design, and Off-the-Shelf Scaling

• Supports expansion and replication planning by preparing site profiles, readiness assessments, and feasibility summaries.
• Translates approved scaling strategies into structured rollout plans, coordination matrices, and implementation pathways.
