Job Title: Primary Inclusion Leader
The primary inclusion leader will be responsible for consulting with staff, planning learning and teaching strategies, identifying barriers to student learning including language needs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with educational professionals to plan effective lesson plans and co-operative teaching sessions.
- Analyze obstacles hindering students' academic progress and develop strategies to address second-language requirements.
- Conduct regular consultations with teachers, administrators, and other relevant stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in the curriculum design.
- Develop comprehensive assessment tools that cater specifically towards non-native English speaking students ensuring equal opportunities throughout their education journey .
