For more information, visit**About the Role**As an **Education Solutions Account Manager**, you will play a key role in building, growing, and managing Link Assistive’s education segment across **Australia and New Zealand (ANZ)**. You will work closely with government education departments, Special Schools, and key education stakeholders to increase awareness and adoption of Boardmaker 7 and TD Snap for SchoolsYou will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, providing high-quality product expertise, guidance, and long-term account support while developing meaningful relationships within the industry. You will collaborate closely with our Clinical team and Solution Consultants, ensuring solutions are positioned effectively and aligned with the needs of educators, students, and education systems.**Please note:** This is a full-time remote role based anywhere in Australia with flexible hours. This role also includes **regular travel** across Australia.**In this role you will:*** Lead the development of the **Education Solutions segment** within Link Assistive.* Build and maintain strong relationships with state education departments and Special Schools at both state and national levels.* Manage and grow new and existing **Boardmaker 7** subscriptions and **TD Snap for Schools** accounts across Australia and New Zealand.* Lead government tenders for Boardmaker 7 software, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.* Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and information events for Tobii Dynavox’s educational software solutions.* Engage and connect with internal education and AAC experts within Tobii Dynavox to share best practices and learn from each other.* Represent Link Assistive at conferences, expos, and industry events nationwide.**What We’re Looking For**This role is well suited for a professional with experience in **education software, education systems, or government education environments** across Australia, who enjoys managing long-term relationships and thrives in **early-stage** market environments.If you are a proactive professional with a passion for assistive technology (AAC) and improving outcomes for individuals with disabilities, we’d love to hear from you!**Ideal candidates will bring:*** A minimum of **5 years** of relevant experience in the education sector, ideally with a focus on **software or digital solutions** and exposure to **early-stage** market environments.* Familiarity with Australian education systems, preferably experience working with government education departments or **state-level** school operations.* Proven experience in responding to and winning government **tenders** with **resilience** to navigate long sales cycles and tender-driven processes.* Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders at different levels and collaborate effectively across functions and locations.* Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships gradually based on trust, credibility, and understanding educational needs.* Valid driver’s license (preferred) and willingness to travel regularly (required).**Culture & Benefits**You’ll be part of an international company with a collaborative and supportive culture, and work alongside 28 colleagues across Australia and more than 1000 colleagues across the Dynavox Group.
