Xylem Learning is seeking a passionate and creative Visual Designer to strengthen our educational content and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on transforming academic concepts and marketing strategies into visually engaging, high-impact creatives that enhance learner engagement and build a strong digital presence. The ideal candidate has solid design expertise, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in education and digital learning.
Core Responsibilities
Educational & Digital Content Creation
Design visually compelling assets for Xylem Learning’s proprietary educational content.
Create high-quality, platform-optimized graphics for social media and digital channels.
Marketing & Promotional Asset Development
Conceptualize and execute creatives for performance-driven paid ad campaigns.
Design layouts for email marketing and newsletters.
Create social media promotions across major platforms.
Design website banners, landing pages, and digital display creatives.
Develop print materials such as posters, brochures, flyers, and event collateral.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, Content Writers, and Video Production teams.
Ensure visual consistency across web, mobile, print, and video formats.
Adapt and resize designs for multiple platforms without compromising quality.
Brand Stewardship
Uphold and reinforce Xylem Learning’s brand identity across all outputs.
Ensure designs are visually appealing, educationally effective, and brand-aligned.
Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual language.
Workflow & Delivery Management
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Maintain organized file management, version control, and smooth revision workflows.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2–3 years of professional graphic design experience (EdTech or marketing preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
Figma is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing educational and marketing creatives.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Strong communication skills and ability to convert complex ideas into clear visuals.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Graphic Design;
1 year with Adobe Creative Suite
