We are looking for:
Exciting times lie ahead! At Collegedunia, one of the leading educational portals, we are currently
looking for a talented individual to join our innovative and passionate team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Conduct extensive outbound and inbound calling (approximately 300–350 calls per day) to
prospective learners/customers.
● Counsel students/leads on available programs, eligibility criteria, curriculum, fees, and career
outcomes.
● Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs to drive enrollments.
● Perform regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages to ensure lead conversion and
engagement.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in Google Spreadsheet.
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and enrollment targets within defined timelines.
● Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet strict deadlines and performance
metrics.
● Address queries, objections, and concerns promptly with a solution-oriented approach.
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely
follow-ups.
