Job Description

An international education institution is seeking an experienced academic leader to manage quality and support educators at both Think Ahead Academy and IB Wave. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, have two years of teaching and managerial experience, and demonstrate strong organisational skills. Native or excellent proficiency in English and Spanish is required. This full-time position offers a gross salary of 30,000€ and includes 24 holidays plus additional free days during summer, with flexible work arrangements.
