About the role

As Educational Leader at Journey Early Learning Whittlesea, you will work in partnership with the Centre Manager to lead pedagogy, guide quality practice and support educator growth across the centre. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your expertise, voice and passion for early childhood education will genuinely shape outcomes for children and teams.

You’ll be supported to lead with confidence, influence practice and embed meaningful, reflective teaching aligned to the EYLF and NQS.

• Mentor, coach and support educators through reflective practice
