Responsibilities
- Analyse and understand client requirements completely
- Write according to the learner needs and characteristics
- Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content
- Create detailed design with macro and micro design strategies;
create an effective content outline
- Develop training content for all forms of training based on design - eLearning’s, ILTs, SOPs
- Comprehend complex content and present it in a clear manner, easy for the end use to comprehend
