Duties

Call and qualify assigned leads via auto-dialer

Understand learner needs and build interest in upGrad programs

Schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors

Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM

Meet daily calling and VC booking targets


Eligibility:

2+ years of EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred)

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 1 year stability in current/last role

Experience as an Individual Contributor

Comfortable with a 6-day work week

Skills Required:


Strong English communication

Lead qualification & counselling skills

Target-driven mindset

Basic CRM & MS Office knowledge
