Educational Support Assistant

Milk Education is working with a Primary School that has a specialist SEND provision in Whitley Bay to recruit SEND Teaching Assistants who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with Autism and complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

This role is suited to individuals who are patient, caring, and passionate about supporting children to feel safe, understood, and included in their learning. You will work with pupils who may be non-verbal, have physical disabilities, or require high levels of personalised support, so a calm, non-judgemental approach and strong communication skills are essential.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
