Job Description – Learner Support Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (upGrad, 22nd Floor, B - Building, Westgate (By True Value), Nr. YMCA Club, S.G. Highway)

Work Mode: Work from Office (6 Days)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM


Role & Responsibilities


- Make outbound calls to learners to resolve queries and provide support.


- Attend live sessions and coordinate with SMEs for smooth session conduction.


- Ensure recording of live sessions and manage post-session surveys.


- Act as a point of coordination between learners, SMEs, and internal teams.


- Maintain accurate records and updates using internal systems and Excel.


Required Skills


- Strong verbal and written communication skills.


- Good working knowledge of Excel and internal systems.


- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume learner interactions.
