Protocol Education is working with a well-regarded secondary school in South Gloucestershire to appoint an Education Support Assistant within their SEND team. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, with a strong focus on inclusion, aspiration and personal development.

The role
Working under the guidance of the SENDCo, you will deliver targeted SEND support across the school. Your work will help students build confidence, independence and resilience, both in and beyond the classroom.
