Job Description: EE TPL/SPM - Technical Lead

Experience: 8 to 13 Years

Work location: Bangalore

Mandatory Responsibilities

• Manage electrical engineering risks and lead project team meetings.
• Track EE project activities, milestones, and progress.
• Create and maintain EE project schedules, effort estimations, and cost projections.
• Develop and update Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and detailed project plans.
• Lead PCB design kick‑off meetings and oversee detailed EE simulation planning.
• Execute high‑speed design verification and simulation analysis (pre‑ and post‑layout).
• Initialize, update, and finalize the Design‑FMEA for electrical components.
• Conduct final PCB reviews, ensuring design integrity and technical compliance.
• Manage the Component Qualification Matrix for EE components.
• Create comprehensive hardware element evaluation packages for verification.
• Identify and address strategic needs in electrical manufacturing technologies.
• Lead development, adaptation, and deployment of production technologies.
• Support procurement and evaluation of manufacturing equipment.
• Support opportunity and risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Contribute to product/project management tasks and requirement analysis.
• Support engineering release reviews, documentation preparation, and delivery planning.
• Assist with material release notes and contribute to product line scoping activities.
• Strong hands‑on PCB design, EE planning, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Experience preparing and managing component qualification matrices at scale.
