Labour and Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Labour Advisor to join our labour and payroll team at a fast-growing international accountancy firm based in Altea. The ideal candidate will have proven experience advising clients on Spanish labour law and employment regulations.

• Key responsibilities include managing employment contracts, amendments, renewals, and terminations as well as handling payroll-related labour matters such as social security registrations, deregistration, and variations.

The successful candidate will also be required to correspond with public authorities such as the TGSS (General Treasury of Social Security) and SEPE (State Public Employment Service). In addition to their technical expertise, they must possess strong communication skills to effectively respond to client inquiries in clear, professional manner.
