eForms Analyst / Business Analyst (Contract)

Location: Toronto

Work Model: Remote or Hybrid (1–2 days onsite per week)

This role supports the digitization, standardization, and compliance of banking forms across Personal & Business Banking. The eForms Analyst / Business Analyst will analyze existing paper, PDF, and digital forms, gather detailed functional requirements, and support the design of accessible, bilingual digital forms and document outputs.

You’ll work closely with business, product, legal, and branding teams to translate business intent into clear, audit-ready requirements while ensuring regulatory, privacy, and accessibility standards are met.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or eForms Analyst
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
