Six Degrees Executive are partnering with one of Australias leading industrial services organisations in their search for a new EGM Operations. They have a focus on being innovative, reliable and sustainable in their approach to business. They are currently in a growth phase and want to ensure that they continue to achieve this growth without dampening their core values.

Reporting to the CEO the EGM Operations will lead close to 400 staff across multiple sites nationally and will have a focus on:
  • Operational leadership
  • Commercial & financial management
  • People Development
  • Safety
  • Quality & compliance

    • To be successful in this role you will have had:
  • previous experience leading teams in a multi site operation.
