Role Overview : The EGNOS Service Manager will be the interface with the Customer (EUSPA), provide direct reporting and customer‑needs identification, oversee technical and financial delivery of EGNOS services, manage Customer SLA and report, and act as EGNOS Overall Service Provision Manager of the NESP contract.
