We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join EHQ's Planning organization, focusing on providing financial and business data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.

Planning and Objective Management Assist in developing mid- to long-term business strategies and goals Analyze business performance and propose improvement actions

Budgeting & Financial Management Plan and monitor annual budgets Conduct P&L analysis, cost control, and financial KPI management

Reporting & Decision-Making Support Prepare management reports (performance report, etc.) Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making

Your qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field

Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role, ideally in the Financial Planning organization of a large multinational company

In depth knowledge of corporate finance

Strong communication, analytical and reporting skills

High level of organization and management of several tasks simultaneously

Proactive mindset with strong focus on execution and resolution of complex challenges in a team environment

Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point) and understanding of Finance IT systems

Fluent in English and Korean
