Role Overview
Lead EHS programs and drive lean initiatives to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety controls.
- Ensure compliance with all EHS regulations and maintain policies and records.
- Deliver safety training and lead incident investigations.
- Manage emergency response plans, drills, PPE, and first aid supplies.
- Lead Safety Committee meetings.
- Drive lean projects, 5S, audits, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain lean metrics and reporting.
